Ensuring that, in cooperation with all schools of journalism, information and communication, and national media federations and associations, regular trainings on gender equality and gender-based discrimination are integrated in the human resource development components of media organizations and Corporations. D. Self-regulatory bodies, groups, and associations for media, television, cable, film, and advertising shall also ensure compliance with the Act and these Rules and Regulations. E. Creation of Local Media Board (LMB) in all LGUs monitor the implementation of these Rules and Regulations shall also be encouraged. SECTION 20.
