2. Some persons with disabilities fear the negative attitude and dealing
they face from their colleagues at work, which creates a negative
tension by workers with disabilities and fear of facing the community,
rather than being encouraged to produce, innovate and integrate.
3. Many of the workers with disabilities suffer from unequal
opportunities with respect to wages calculated for them, compared to
their colleagues, and not being promoted in such a way that is
commensurate with the effort exerted and the duly performance of the
work required from them.
4. The absence of specialized inspection teams is considered one of the
most prominent challenges faced by persons with disabilities;
especially that the evasion of providing employment opportunities for
them is a negative factor, in terms of ensuring lawful gain and
integrating with the community.
5. The absence of preparation of the physical environment of work and
the lack of the minimum requirements of public safety in many
institutions, which hampers job opportunities for workers with
disabilities.
6. The lack of transportation prepared for persons with disabilities is
considered one of the most important problems and challenges they
face in their daily lives.
7. Persons with disabilities are deprived of the opportunity to get a job,
on the basis that they are unable to do any work and, thus, no one
accepts to hire them (example: a person with a disability applied for a
particular job and after meeting the requirements to obtain this job, as
he possesses the scientific qualifications and experience needed, the
