to deal with persons with disabilities
The previous table shows neutral results on the availability of training and
employing programs for the purposes of employing persons with disabilities
in the institutions of public and private sector alike.
In this connection, the following observations were recorded:
1. The employer bears the greatest burden to facilitate or complicate the
task of admitting persons with disabilities to the labor market, and
depriving them of the opportunity to obtain gain lawfully and
integrate with the community constitute the most important problems
they face, as the excuse always is that they lack the ability to perform
the tasks required from them in work.
