Third: The Right to Habilitation and Habilitation
The State is responsible for supporting the habilitation and habilitation of
persons with disabilities to enable them to exercise their life in the best way
possible, through the attainment of maximum personal autonomy which
ensures their active participation in the community. National habilitation
centers are available in the Kingdom at governmental and non-governmental
levels. The HCAPD works on supporting these programs through launching
the national standards for the accreditation of special education programs
implemented by the centers and institutions involved in special education, in
addition to diagnostic and habilitation centers, for the purposes of
developing the environment of educational institutions and related services
and raising the efficiency of workers in these programs, as well as improving
