The overall total compatibility rate with international standards of
the Jericho CRC was 1.9, reflecting good compliance with international standards for conditions of detention.
The total compatibility rate of the Jericho CRC in relation to the total
administration standard for the CRC was 1.3, which reflects good compliance with international standards for the policies in place at the Jericho
CRC. They were distributed as follows:

The CRC’s compatibility rate for the scope provisions of prison administration was 1.5, which reflects good compliance with international standards for the administration of the CRC.

The CRC’s compatibility rate with the scope provisions of the prison
staff was 1.8, which reflects good compliance with international standards for the characteristics of the CRC staff.
•
The CRC’s compliance rate with the scope provisions of health care
guarantees provided to inmates in prison was 1.8, which reflects good
compliance with international standards for health care guarantees for
inmates at the CRC.
•
The CRC’s compliance rate with the scope provisions of torture and
the use of force in prison was 1.0, which represents full compliance
with the scope of torture and the use of force in the CRC.

The CRC’s compliance rate with the scope of procedures for receiving
detainees/inmates in prison was 1.2, which reflects good compliance
with international standards.

The CRC’s compliance rate with the scope of detention conditions in
prison was 1.1, which reflects good compliance with international standards.- The CRC’s compatibility rate with the scope of prison visitors
was 1.0, which reflects full compliance with international standards.
The overall compatibility rate of the Jericho CRC in relation to the total
equipment and infrastructure standard of the CRC was 2.3, which reflects
compliance to some degree with international standards for equipment and
