personal search (examination), save in cases where these actions are stipulated by the law to ensure safety of other people. 2. The Human Rights Ombudsman shall not be subjected to administrative penalty imposed by court without agreement of the body appointed him on this position 3. The inviolability of the Human Rights Ombudsman shall extend also to his home, office premises, personal and office means of transport. Search and seizure at his home, premises and transport means, interception of communication and personal search as well as seizure of all correspondence, private property and documents shall be conducted only on obtaining the order from the Prosecutor-General of the Republic of Tajikistan and in case of initiated criminal proceedings against the Human Right Ombudsman. 4. Criminal proceeding against the Human Right Ombudsman shall be initiated only by the Prosecutor-General of the Republic of Tajikistan. 5. Criminal proceeding against the Human Right Ombudsman shall fall within the jurisdiction of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Tajikistan. Article 9. Limitations for the post of the Human Rights Ombudsman 1.The Human Rights Ombudsman shall not have right to be a deputy of representative bodies of public authority, take other position, be engaged in other paid or unpaid activity, except for scientific, teaching or creative activity. 2. The Human Rights Ombudsman shall not have the right to be engaged in political activity, to be a member of a political party or other public association that pursues political goals. 3. The Human Rights Ombudsman shall be obliged to cease the activity that is incompatible with his status within 30 (thirty) days from the day of assumption of his position. Article 10. Early dismissal of the Human Rights Ombudsman from his post 1. The Human Rights Ombudsman shall be prematurely dismissed from his post by President of the Republic of Tajikistan in the following cases: a) coming into legal force guilty verdict of a court against the Human Rights Ombudsman ; b) coming into legal force decision of the court on recognition the Human Rights Ombudsman as incapable, missing or dead; c) violation of limitations stipulated in the present Law by the Human Rights Ombudsman; d) loosing citizenship of the Republic of Tajikistan by the Human Rights Ombudsman; e) resignation of the Human Rights Ombudsman; f) death of the Human Rights Ombudsman. 2. The Human Rights Ombudsman can also be dismissed from his post in view of his incapacity to perform his duties because of his condition of health
