Of the 15 indicators assessed, the three rated highest were (Graph 2):
•
Indicator 5.3: Specific initiatives aimed at promoting gender quality are developed and
delivered – 100% (24 NHRIs)
•
Indicator 5.2: Gender imbalances are addressed, and gender equality is promoted in the
delivery of external work – 96% (23 NHRIs).
•
Indicator 4.2: Focused gender expertise on staff - 71% (17 NHRIs).
Of the 15 indicators assessed, the three rated lowest were (Graph 2):
•
Indicator 4.3: Opportunities provided to increase gender expertise, competence and
capacity – 29% (6 NHRIs)
•
Indicator 5.1: A gender lens is used for planning, design and approval processes of
external work – 21% (5 NHRIs)
•
Indicator 2.3: Gender considered in the budget process and in the allocation of funding
and resources – 08% (2 NHRI)
