Findings against Indicators and Indicator Areas The four indicator areas rated as follows: (Graph 1) • Gender equality in external work - 66% • Structure and decision-making - 52% • Internal gender capacity - 44% • Organisation Culture and Practice - 29% Of the 15 indicators assessed, the three rated highest were (Graph 2): • Indicator 5.3: Specific initiatives aimed at promoting gender quality are developed and delivered – 100% (24 NHRIs) • Indicator 5.2: Gender imbalances are addressed, and gender equality is promoted in the delivery of external work – 96% (23 NHRIs). • Indicator 4.2: Focused gender expertise on staff - 71% (17 NHRIs).
