Timing Activity 15 minutes Prioritising Each group presents their top three priorities. (These are captured on a flipchart or board.) Combine duplicates and group similar ideas into themes. Give each participant three ‘dots’ or ‘stickers’. Ask them to place their dots next to the priorities they believe are most important. They can put more than one ‘vote’ on a priority they think is extra important. Highlight the top 5 strategic priorities that emerge. 15 minutes Discussion Summarise the selected priorities. •D  o these top priorities reflect our shared vision? •A  re any critical gaps missing?
