As for the case, the Department of Special Investigation (DSI) accepts the case of
enforced disappearance as a special case without having to have a request for the Department
of Special Investigation to amend the NEC's announcement regarding the rules and
procedures for request and propose to the OCSC to pass a resolution that any criminal case
is a special case, 2018. As well, immigration establishes a screening system to classify
detainees and increase that medical service. At present, there is a regulation of the Prime
Minister's Office on the screening of aliens entering the Kingdom and unable to return to their
domicile country 2019, effective on June 22, 2020, and the Immigration Medical Office has

Results/achievements:
The private company (Respondent) has canceled HIV testing before hiring all
employees. The Ministry of Public Health has instructed hospitals to conceal patient health
information following medical ethics and the government by the Rights and Liberties Protection
Department and has appointed a working group to draft the Elimination of Discrimination Act
B.E. .... Ministry of Social Development and Human Security has taken steps to mobilize all
provinces to proclaim codes to promote equality and to eliminate unfair gender discrimination
under the Gender Equality Act B.E. 2558 (2015). As well as, cooperating with the Ministry of
Interior to provide knowledge and understanding to entrepreneurs and employees of business
establishments to realize the importance of providing services equally and without
discrimination and fairness between sexes.
