7. The Human Rights Ombudsman shall issue orders and directives on the matters related to the Apparatus management. Article 34. Financing of the activity of the Human Rights Ombudsman 1. The activity of the Human Rights Ombudsman shall be financed from State Budget of the Republic of Tajikistan. 2. State budget of the Republic of Tajikistan annually shall allocate a separate budget line on the funds required for the activity of the Human Rights Ombudsman. 3. Property required to the Human Rights Ombudsman and his Apparatus for the implementation of their activity shall be under their operational control and shall remain the state property of the Republic of Tajikistan. Article 35. Public receptions of the Human Rights Ombudsman 1. For rendering assistance to the Human Rights Ombudsman in implementation of his duties in Gorno-Badakhshan Autonomous Oblast, the oblasts, cities and rayons of the Republic of Tajikistan, the Public receptions can be established. 2. Regulation on the Public receptions shall be approved by the Human Rights Ombudsman. Article 36. Expert Council under the Office of the Human Rights Ombudsman 1. In order to provide consultative assistance, Expert Council consisting of persons possessing the necessary knowledge in the field of rights and freedoms of a person and citizen may be established under the Human Rights Ombudsman. 2. The regulation on Expert Council shall be approved by the Human Rights Ombudsman. Article 37. Location of the Human Rights Ombudsman Permanent locations of the Human Rights Ombudsman is a capital of the Republic of Tajikistan - Dushanbe city. Article 38. Order for the present law to enter into the force Present law shall be entered into the force from the day of its official publication.
