Human Rights Ombudsman in other forms is subject to liability established by the legislation of the Republic Tajikistan. Article 31. Guarantees of labor rights of the Human Rights Ombudsman 1. The position of the Human Rights Ombudsman is the political position of the civil service of the Republic of Tajikistan. 2. The Human Rights Ombudsman after termination of his duties shall be resumed in his former job (position) and in case of absence as such, other job (position) equal to his previous place of work shall be offered to him or with his content in other organization, except for posts of member of the Governments of the Republic of Tajikistan, chairmen of Gorno-Badakhshan Autonomous Oblast, other oblasts, Dushanbe city, other cities, rayons and other elected positions in the state bodies. Article 32. Material and social guarantees for the Human Rights Ombudsman Wage for Human Rights Ombudsman shall be determined by President of the Republic of Tajikistan. Material and social guarantees of the Human Rights Ombudsman, medical, social and other provisions and services shall be established according to the conditions allocated for members of the Government. CHAPTER VI OFFICE OF THE HUMAN RIGHTS OMBUDSMAN Article 33. Status and tasks of the Apparatus of the Human Rights Ombudsman 1. To guarantee the activity of the Human Rights Ombudsman and performance by him duties, the Apparatus of The Human Rights Ombudsman shall be established. 2. The Human Rights Ombudsman shall be a state body and a legal entity, having settlement and other accounts, seal and letterheads with its name and the image of the State Emblem of the Republic of Tajikistan. 3. The Apparatus staff shall be referred to as civil servants. 4. The Apparatus shall perform legal, organizational, scientific and analytical, informational as well as other activities to facilitate the work of the Human Rights Ombudsman. 5. The Human Rights Ombudsman shall approve the Apparatus organizational chart, internal regulation on it and its structural units. 6. The staffing scheme of the Apparatus of the Human Rights Ombudsman shall be approved by the Human Rights Ombudsman within the budget.
