than two months) are not included in the transfer period set by a protective
disposition, such as transfer to a juvenile reformatory, due to the reason that
protective dispositions under Article 32 of the Juvenile Act are not limited
imprisonment. However, transfer to a juvenile reformatory leads to
confinement at a closed facility for a period of minimum one month to
maximum two years, which is de facto detention and needs to be improved.
