Emphasizing on the necessity for government institutions and community organizations to do all that is necessary to follow up the issues of violence and exploitation of persons with disabilities, so as to reduce the spread of this phenomenon. This can be done through the issuance of legislation and laws and the provision of necessary financial support to institutions and entities concerned with issues of violence and exploitation of persons with disabilities. 5. Both school and university are essential elements of society. Thus, educational institutions must conduct studies and workshops, as well as awareness campaigns to publicize the issues of violence and exploitation of persons with disabilities and how to provide access to protection and security for them.
