account of the needs of persons with disabilities in various government and private institutions in terms of spatial and environmental facilities to provide services to them. It is shown that there is a great violation of their rights in paragraph (2), which refers to the use of the wheelchair by persons with disabilities in public places and paths, where the percentage drops to (31%), followed by the violation of the possibility of mobility and participation in public life is easy/ paragraph (8), where the percentage reached (42.1%). Such violations are due to the lack of commitment to the terms of the Law on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities and the application of regulations and instructions issued to these rights, as well as the articles of the International Convention. In this connection, the following observations were recorded: 1. The need to adopt solid barriers at the excavation sites to facilitate the passage of persons with disabilities, especially those who mobilize on a wheelchair. 2. Many violations relating to non-compliance of contractors of buildings and public institutions, such as the Civil Status Department and the Ministry of Education, with the National construction codes were monitored. 3.
