Komnas HAM RI has identified 18
vulnerable groups in the election,
including women, groups of sexual
diversity and gender identity, health
workers, hospital patients, homeless
people, correctional inmates, prisoners, plantation and mining workers,
indigenous communities, communities on the border and remote islands,
domestic workers, people living with
HIV, children and first-time voters, the
elderly, the survivors of social conflict, religious minorities or adherents
of beliefs, migrant workers, people
with disabilities, and survivors of natural and non-natural disasters. These
