THE SUMMARY REPORT ON HUMAN RIGHTS FOLLOW-UPS RESULTS OF THE NATIONAL HUMAN RIGHTS COMMISSION OF THAILAND OF THE FISCAL YEAR 2021 The Regulation of the National Human Rights Commission on the follow-up of Human Rights Actions 2021 date February 23, 2021 article 24 with article 5 has determined that the Office of the National Human Rights Commission of Thailand (Office of the NHRCT) summarizes and analyzes the results of the follow-up on human rights actions that the National Human Rights Commission (NHRCT) has submitted to the National Assembly, the Cabinet, government, or private agencies Related are (1) appropriate measures or guidelines for preventing or rectifying human rights violations; (2) recommendations in the report on the results of the assessment of the country's human rights situation; (3) recommendations on measures or guidelines for the promotion and protection of human rights; including amendments and improvements to laws, rules, regulations or orders to be in line with human rights principles; (4) Suggestions for raising awareness of all sectors of society on the importance of human rights; (5) progress or results of grieving or blaming on behalf of the injured; (6) providing reparation to the injured from human rights violations in the case of NHRCT Human rights violations are found and action is urgently needed (7) proposals in annual performance reports (8) proposals in parallel reports under contracts to which Thailand is a party and has an obligation to comply prepared by the NHRCT; (9) proposals in the parallel report on the Universal Periodic Review of Thailand prepared by the NHRCT; and (10) other cases as determined by the NHRCT, by Summarizing and analyzing the results of the followup actions on human rights must at least consist of achievements, problems, obstacles and recommendations submitted to the NHRCT within forty-five days from the end of the fiscal year. The Office of the NHRCT has compiled the results of the follow-up on human rights actions that the NHRCT has submitted to the National Assembly, the Council of Ministers, relevant government, and private agencies for the fiscal year 2021 to summarize and analyze the results of the follow-up on human rights performance of the NHRCT, which has recommendations under Article 5 of the National Human Rights Commission Regulations on Follow-up of Actions on Human Rights 2021, dated 23 February 2021, which has followed up on actions from government agencies and related agencies as follows:
