1) Human Rights in Specific Circumstances
1.1) The situation of the epidemic of COVID-19
The NHRCT has recommendations to the government and related agencies to
expedite action on solving the unemployment problem in the long term, establish
comprehensive, and comprehensive remedial measures provide COVID-19 vaccines to
persons at risk, both locally and by occupation, who may be in contact with COVID-19 patients
or those with health vulnerabilities to access the vaccine without discrimination, vigorously
implementing law enforcement efforts to solve the problem of smuggling illegal workers into
the country and opening casinos throughout the country and providing Information to create
knowledge and understanding for people to avoid stigmatization, stereotypes, and
discrimination to those affected by the epidemic.
Results/Achievements:
Recommendations on unemployment resolution and remedial assistance. The
NHRCT was informed of the results from the Center for Epidemic Situation Administration of
the coronavirus disease 2019 (Covid-19) or CDC that the Prime Minister as the Director of the
Administrative Center of the epidemic situation of the Coronavirus Disease 2019 (Covid-19)
has been ordered by the Office of the Development Council national economy and society
Ministry of Interior and Ministry of Social Development and Human Security Implemented the
recommendations of the NHRCT by having local agencies go to the area to survey those who
are still missing or have no access to government aid and remedy measures and have been
notified by the Ministry of Labor that measures to assist and to alleviate the impacts on
entrepreneurs and workers of all nationalities thoroughly and equally under the applicable law.
Recommendations on the procurement of the COVID-19 vaccine, including the
provision of information to create awareness among the public to avoid stigmatization,
stereotypes, and discrimination against those who receive it. The impact of the epidemic of the
disease, the Office of the NHRCT has been notified of the results from the Situation
Administration Center the epidemic of coronavirus disease 2019 (Covid-19) by the Ministry of
Public Health has a plan to distribute injections. Vaccines are given to all groups of people,
which are divided into 3 phases: Phase 1 for medical personnel, the elderly, and people with
congenital disease, Phase 2 for tourism service workers, and Phase 3 for general people.
Public relations to educate understanding of vaccines and the procedure for people to report
their intentions for vaccination through the application Line and doctor application ready and
public relations through various media, including letting village health volunteers (VHVs)
