Ensure that couples and individuals shall be given the full range of information and services for them to exercise rights to decide over the number and spacing of children; and 5. Include in the trainings and seminars in barangays the education and popularization of the Act and the Family Code, especially on the obligations and responsibilities of spouses to eliminate gender bias.
