significantly increased from the previous year. Accordingly, complaints
related to inaction of government authorities rose from 779 in 2018 to
1100 in 2019 (an increase of 41%) and employment related complaints
rose from 701 in 2018 to 1007 in 2019(an increase of 44%). Out of the
8983 complaints received, 4958 were received by the regional offices,
while the remainder was received by the Head Office.
