Mediation of disputes over the establishment of places of worship E. Encouraging Corporate Compliance with Human Rights and the Environment in the Development of Infrastructure Mega Projects and Mineral Down-streaming Mega investment projects in the IKN and PSN areas tend to strengthen corporate dominance in determining the Indonesian economic ecosystem. The same situation can also be seen in the electric vehicle ecosystem policy. This policy facilitates various conveniences for corporations to implement nickel downstream policies in Indonesia. This dominant role is then supported through the Draconian Law omnibus law model. At the same time, the Government issued various regulations to make things easier for investors, Mediation is to handle: 1. Obstacles to the establishment of the Taqwa Muhammadiyah Mosque in Gampong Sangso, Samalanga District, Bireuen Regency, Aceh. 2. Obstacles to the issuance of the IMB and plans to establish the Sukarami Batak Christian Protestant Church (HKBP) in Palembang, by the Palembang City Government. such as licensing, land control and fiscal convenience. The Government’s alignment with investment interests is demonstrated again by implementing a security approach (securitization). A security approach that aims to speed up investment implementation in practice threatens the activism of human rights defenders through criminalization, using both criminal and civil mechanisms. Komnas HAM RI tries to respond to this situation by regulating corporate domination through an SNP on Business and Human Rights. The rationality underlying the preparation of the SNP on Business and Human Rights can be seen in the diagram below: The SNP on business and human rights is expected to contribute to the creation of a business and human rights policy ecosystem Down-streaming the extractive natural resources Infrastructure development through PSN and IKN Economic globalization and investment politics which places corporations as dominant actors in economic policy making Figure 2.5.
