The total compatibility rate of West Bank CRCs in relation to the total standard of juvenile detention centers was 2.4, which reflects compliance to some degree with international standards for the standards of juvenile detention in West Bank CRCs. Noting that juveniles are found only at two CRCs: the Jenin and Nablus CRCs. The total compatibility rate of the West Bank CRCs in relation to the total standard for women’s detention centers was 3, reflecting weak compliance with international standards for the standards of detention for women at West Bank CRCs.
