The assessment team visited the CRC on July 30, 2019. After discussing the assessment tool and recording the initial grades for each
scope, the records outlined in the assessment methodology were viewed.
After that, the assessment team conducted a field visit to all of the
CRC’s facilities to determine the actual situation of the facilities before
recording the final assessment grade.
