Enhance the joint role of the Ministry of Interior and the judicial authority, particularly in the field of enforcing Articles (63) and (64) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, related to inspecting reform and rehabilitation centers and provisional detention places, and receiving complaints from the detainees. 4. Reduce the recourse to solitary confinement penalty and other forms of ill-treatment.
