During this phase, the presence of the media was limited in some polling centers and absent in others. In all the cases, the polling and counting committee in the electoral center prepared minutes containing the name of the winning candidate, the number of votes obtained by each candidate in his/her constituency, and the result; the minutes were signed by the chairman of the committee and its secretary; and the ballot boxes were closed.
