Part 2 Native Title Division 3 Future acts etc. and native title Section 24DK Information obtained in providing assistance not to be used or disclosed in other contexts (3) The NNTT must not use or disclose information to which it has had access only because it provided assistance under subsection (2) for any purpose other than providing that assistance without the prior consent of the person who provided the NNTT with the information. 24DK Decision about registration The Registrar must, after the end of the notice period, decide whether or not to register the agreement on the Register of Indigenous Land Use Agreements. 24DL Registration of alternative procedure agreements Registration only if conditions satisfied (1) If a condition in subsection (2) is satisfied, the Registrar must register the agreement. If none of the conditions is satisfied, the Registrar must not register the agreement.
