All the 11 cases resolved involving minors by CHR Regional Office 1 are for violation of the right to protection of honor and reputation. PNP-PRO1 data also shows that of the 252 complaints received involving minors, majority are sexual abuses on children. There were 76 cases of Rape/Violation of RA 8353, 50 cases of acts of lasciviousness and other sexual abuses, 36 cases of statutory rape, 19 cases of incestuous rape, and 7 cases of attempted rape. Physical injury and abuse in relation to RA 7610 and RA 9262 is also relatively high with 34 cases received.163 During the ECQ, the court did not conduct any hearing.
