Regrettably, only 884 staff returned completed forms. 3.64 Graph 3 indicates that the majority of staff were of an average age of 20 to 39 years. 34 per cent (304 staff) have worked in prison for 6-10 years, 14 per cent (124 staff) worked for 11-15 years and 33 per cent (292 staff) served for more than 16 years.
