Acknowledgements The APF Human Rights Defenders Working Group extends its deepest gratitude to those who have contributed to the success of our initiatives over the past year. We sincerely thank the Working Group members for their dedication, expertise, and tireless efforts in advancing the protection and promotion of human rights in the Asia Pacific region. Their leadership and commitment have been instrumental in implementing the Regional Action Plan and strengthening the capacity of NHRIs to support human rights. A special acknowledgment goes to Fia Hamid-Walker, HRDs Project Officer, for her invaluable coordination and commitment to managing key initiatives and facilitating engagement with stakeholders through the NHRI.EU Phase 3 Project. We also extend our appreciation to the APF secretariat, whose continuous support, technical assistance, and strategic guidance have played a crucial role in the successful implementation and achievement of the objectives of the Regional Action Plan. Finally, we would like to recognise the contributions of our partners, including fellow NHRIs, CSOs, international partners, and HRDs. Their collaboration, insights, and advocacy efforts have been essential in shaping and strengthening our work. Our progress would not have been possible without their partnership and shared commitment to protecting HRDs across our region.
