It was also found that male guards were handing out women hygiene products due to a lack of female guards. G. Recommendations following an ex officio investigation of human rights violations in the military Following the death of a female captain caused in May, the Commission conducted an ex officio investigation of sexual violence in the military. Based on the findings, the Commission includes employment of independent military judges and prosecutors to ensure fairness in court Part 2 presented a list of recommendations to the Minister of National Defense on 23 November.
