State obligations under the Convention
The Commission commends the state for the steps it has taken to fulfill its obligations
under the Convention through legislative reforms and socially inclusive schemes in its
efforts in addressing discrimination and structural inequality accentuated by the
institutions of patriarchy, reproductive heteronormativity and other prohibited grounds of
discrimination.
