2. Processing Complaints of Discrimination
In 2010, the Commission received a total of 2,674 complaints against discriminatory
acts, an increase by 1.6-fold, compared with 1,685 of the previous year. As of the end of
December 2010, 8,666 complaints (89.0%) out of a total of 9,739 complaints the
Commission received since its establishment were closed, while 1,069 are under
investigation or review.
