Results/Achievements:
Recommendations on the implementation of the duties of the recommendations in
the Human Rights Situation Assessment Report of Thailand and according to the
recommendations Measures or guidelines for the promotion and protection of human rights
concerning the roles and duties of the NHRCT under the Constitution of the Kingdom of
Thailand, B.E. 2560 and the Law on Human Rights Commission has been stated under Articles
1.2 and Article 1.5, respectively. As for the results of the implementation of the
recommendations regarding operational limitations in the situation of the Coronavirus Disease
2019 (COVID-19) outbreak requested the Cabinet consider supporting the budget so that the
NHRCT can develop a database system for the promotion and protection of human rights. It
appears that in the fiscal year B.E. 2564. The Office of the NHRCT has been allocated a budget
following the Budget Act B.E. 2565 in digital plan amount 8.4315 billion baths.
1.4 Proposals in parallel reports under the contracts to which Thailand is
a party and must perform
1) Recommendations based on parallel reports on the implementation of the
Convention against Torture and the cruel, inhuman, or degrading treatment or
punishment of the year 2020, total 11 items
The NHRCT made recommendations to the Cabinet, the results of which can
be summarized as follows:
1.1) Recommendations on the implementation of the Convention against,
namely torture under the Convention in its entirety

1.2) Recommendations on human rights problems in the southern border
provinces, namely to urge the local officials to strictly proceed according to the law; If found
that a government official has committed an offense must be punished both disciplinary and
