The library also participated in various campaigns through the creation of e-flyers containing library collections and services, exhibitions, procurement of campaign tools, collaboration with Komnas HAM RI Publications Team in the Android Based Human Rights Publications (PUHBA - Publikasi HAM Berbasis Android) application and Google Play Books. 3.3. Implementing the Mandate of Education and Counseling of Human Rights Komnas HAM RI’s education and counseling mandate throughout 2023 was realized in a variety of activities. DISSEMINATION OF SNP Until November 2023, the dissemination of SNPs with a diversity of themes had been conducted in 200 ministries/institutions, community organizations, regional apparatus organizations. This dissemination was carried out through the implementation of public discussions, talk shows, as well as the utilization of various social/electronic media. The dissemination is carried out as an effort to spread human rights insights and increase human rights capacity for Komnas HAM RI stakeholders as well as society in general. A. Implementation of Standards Norms and Regulations (SNPs) After drafting the SNP, the Human Rights Education and Counseling Sub-commission followed up some efforts to measure the impact of the SNP. One of these impact indicators is measured from the implementation by the subjects of the targeted norm, either the ministries/agencies or other stakeholders. In other words, these SNPs are expected to be referrals by the subjects of the norm in taking policies or actions in accordance with the basic tasks and functions or mandates of the organization.
