APF Library The APF launched the ‘APF Library’ in September 2024, which coincided with the release of the new APF website. The APF Library is a publicly available online repository of publications and other resources from NHRIs across the Asia Pacific region, which is designed to showcase the legal mandates and work of APF member NHRIs to regional and global audiences. The APF Library currently hosts over 1000 thematic publications, legal resources, United Nations materials, and regional publications by and about Asia Pacific NHRIs.
