when a spouse passes away before divorce is not firmly established. In addition,
the right to inheritance of a de facto marriage spouse is not recognized at all. It
is required to allow the division of property in case of a spouse’s death to
recognize the surviving spouse’s fair contribution to property and protect the
right of property of a de facto marriage spouse. In case of property division due
to divorce, a law based on a principle of equal division for property acquired by
cooperation between two sides should be legislated.
