Furthermore, the fact that 78.9% of assessment did not include policy improvement measures shows the system has been perfunctorily operated. In addition, 52.4% of relevant projects are concentrated in five organizations including the Ministry of Gender Equality and Family, the Ministry of Employment and Labor and the Ministry of Health and Welfare while five organizations including the National Assembly, the Supreme Court, The Ministry of Strategy and Finance and Statistics Korea have recorded 0% of achievement rate. There are many cases where the target is achieved but the projects themselves are not related to the improvement in gender equality issues and other cases where it is hard to find out whether there was an actual improvement.
