Chapter Three Human Rights Awareness and Education I n 2011, the NHRC made significant progress in raising awareness about the Commission itself as well as the human rights issues which the NHRC seeks to target. Activities have focused on expanding knowledge amongst stakeholders and the general public about the NHRC’s existence, mandate and structure.
