b) to issue official periodical and other publications on the rights and
freedom of person and citizen in the order set up by the legislation;
c) to make proposals on improvement of the state educational standards
and curricula of basic, secondary, vocational, higher and postgraduate
education in the field of human rights in public educational institutions of the
Republic of Tajikistan.
Article 24. Annual Report of the Human Rights Ombudsman
Annually, not later than February, the Human Rights Ombudsman shall
send the Report on his activity and on a state of observance of the rights and
freedom of a person and citizen in the Republic of Tajikistan to the President
of the Republic of Tajikistan, Majlisi Milli of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of
Tajikistan, Majlisi Namoyandagon of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of
Tajikistan, Government of the Republic of Tajikistan, Constitutional Court of
the Republic of Tajikistan, Supreme court of the Republic of Tajikistan, High
Economic Court of the Republic of Tajikistan, General-Prosecutor of the
Republic of Tajikistan.
Article 25. Special Reports of the Human Rights Ombudsman
1. With regard to specific issues of violation of the rights and freedoms of
a person and citizen, the Human Rights Ombudsman shall have the right to
send special reports to the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Majlisi
Milli of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, Majlisi Namoyandagon of
Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, Government of the Republic of
Tajikistan, Constitutional Court of the Republic of Tajikistan, Supreme Court
of the Republic of Tajikistan, High Economic Court of the Republic of
Tajikistan, General-Prosecutor of the Republic of Tajikistan.
2. The Human Rights Ombudsman can present the information on the
special report at the sessions of Majlisi Milli of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of
Tajikistan, Majlisi Namoyandagon of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan
and Government of the Republic of Tajikistan
Article 26. Publication of reports of the Human Rights Ombudsman
1. The annual report of the Human Rights Ombudsman is subject to
obligatory official publication.
2. Special reports can be published by the decision of the Human Rights
Ombudsman.
