Annual Report 2016 1.3. Dealing with Media NHRC maintains a very vibrant relationship with media. NHRC has Public Relations Officer who is in-charge of maintaining communication with the media. Throughout the year, NHRC’s manifestation in both print and electronic media has been well established. NHRC disseminates information through sending and distributing press releases on various programs and activities performed. It always maintains close proximity with media and keeps them informed of the issues and events through formal & informal invitation. In addition, Honorable Chairman attends to talk shows of different TV channels regularly and gives regular interview to the journalist whenever they come and seek interview from him. Moreover, NHRC always updates its website, facebook page and youtube channels. It also publishes 03 Newsletters in a year.
