Recommendation on the National Action Plans for the Protection and Promotion of Human Rights (NAP) The NHRCK presented to the government its recommendations about the 2nd phase of the National Action Plans for the Protection and Promotion of Human Rights (NAP) for the period of 2012 to 2016.
