Jose Luis Martin Gascon And The National Human Rights Committee of Qatar, based n Doha, Qatar, o Seren hereinafter referred to as the Commuttee, and represented by its Vice Chairperson, Dr. Mohamme Saif Al-Kuwani. WITNESSETH: Whereas, herein Parties entered into a Cooperation Agreement in March 2019; Whereas, the Parties wish to implement the Cooperation Agreement turther by crafting a Case Referral Protocol (hereinafter “protocol”) for the promotion and protection of the human nghts especially those of Filipino workers and the members of their families in Qatar; Whereas, this Conforme Agreement shall serve as a promise between the parties to continue with the process of drafting the protocol until such is finalized and implemented; Whereas, the Parties agree to conclude and approve the protocol as soon as possible but in not more than two (2) months from the signing of this Conforme Agreement; Therefore, the Parties hereby sign this Conforme Agreement for all intents and purposes as indicated above. This Conforme Agreement is signed by both of the Parties on the twentieth (20%) of February, Two Thousand and Twenty (2020) in Quezon City, Metro Manila, Philippines.
