In addition to individual rights, we are shifting our focus to human rights in relation to interethnic and intergenerational justice and climate change, as well as digital human rights, all of which are topics that affect our daily lives. We must form a better understanding of these topics in order to stay on top of global trends. Significance 2. 1) Climate change: Collecting information on climate change-related environmental rights and international covenants on the environment in order to develop educational materials and organize workshops that can help the general public understand the impacts of environmental change on basic human rights, especially for disadvantaged groups and those who are vulnerable to natural disasters. 2) Digital human rights: The speed at which technology is advancing is leading to widespread impacts on humanity. Artificial intelligence, in particular, saw a breakthrough in the latter half of 2022. How generative AI and its related technologies will affect human rights remains to be seen.
