This issue is dealt with by issuing Decree-Law No. (22) of 2021 concerning the new implementation law in civil and commercial matters. Summary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (Higher Coordinating Committee for Human Rights) reply to NIHR: The Higher Coordinating Committee stated that it has already started the process of preparing the National Plan for Human Rights after conducting extensive consultations with stakeholders. This resulted in more than (300) recommendations and insights made by the participants from government and private agencies, members of the legislative and judicial authorities, law enforcement officials, the media, the press, United Nations agencies, and others. (5) Text of recommendation and summary of the competent authority’s reply to NIHR: Develop a comprehensive national strategy aimed at combating and preventing the crime of trafficking in persons by the “National Committee to Combat Trafficking in Persons”.
