gender-based
discrimination are integrated in the human resource
development components of media organizations and

D. Self-regulatory bodies, groups, and associations for
media, television, cable, film, and advertising shall also ensure
compliance with the Act and these Rules and Regulations.
E. Creation of Local Media Board (LMB) in all LGUs
monitor the implementation of these Rules and Regulations

SECTION 20. Women's Right to Health
The State
shall, at all times, provide for comprehensive, culture-sensitive,
and gender-responsive health services and programs covering all
stages of a woman's life cycle and which address the major
causes ofwomen's mortality and morbidity: Provided, that in the
