concerned government agencies are mandated to undertake the following: 1. Within six (6) months after the adoption of these the National Rules and Regulations, Commission (NAPOLCOM), the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI), and the Department of Justice Police (DO) shall set policies, rules and regulations for the implementation of the incremental increase on recruitment and training of women in the police force, forensics and medico-legal, legal services, and social work services; and 4. Concermed agencies shall integrate in the code of conduct for employees the services, procedures and protocols in providing assistance to women victims of gender-related offenses. B. Women shall have the right to protection and security in situations of emergency, armed conflict, and militarization.
