Establishes the National Commission
for Human Rights (NCHR) to promote
and protect human rights as provided
by the Constitution and international
treaties, including CERD.
Provides for the registration of Hindu
marriages and safeguards the rights of
Hindu women, aiming to protect
religious and ethnic minorities.

properties of minorities from illegal
