Mizanur Rahman Khan Honorary Member Mizanur Rahman Khan was born in Gopalganj in 1960. He completed his Honour's and Master's degree from University of Dhaka. Then he took part in 7th BCS in 1985 and with a successful result he joined Bangladesh Judicial Service in 1988. He was posted as Assistant Judge, Senior Assistant Judge, Joint District and Sessions Judge, Additional District and Sessions Judge, District and Sessions Judge in many districts and he performed his responsibility with honesty, integrity nd sincerity. He worked as a Deputy secretary (admin) in law and justice division in the Ministry of law, justice and parliamentary affairs efficiently for a long time. After that, he was promoted to District and Sessions Judge and worked in Bagerhat and Manikganj and then he got promoted to Senior district and sessions judge. At last, he went on PRL on 1st January, 2019 while working as Divisional special judge, Dhaka. In his professional life, he got training on Human Trafficking in Japan. Besides, he took part in various trainings, seminars and workshops in South Korea, Maldives, Nepal, Indonesia, East Timur, New Delhi, Hong Kong. After taking PRL, the Bangladesh Government appointed him as an Honorary Member for three years in National Human Rights Commission, Bangladesh (NHRCB). 45
