Hon’ble Chairman also mentioned states as well as our present government’s role in ensuring good
governance such as establishment of Anti-corruption Commission, Information Commission and
National Human Rights Commission. She added government’s initiative for good administration, which
is of zero tolerance against drug, terrorism and Corruption.
Hon’ble Chairman proposed to formulate a universal Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for complaints management system of the National Human Rights Institutions/ Ombudsman. She suggested
that best practices of different countries may be incorporated to formulate the universal SOP.
