She added government’s initiative for good administration, which is of zero tolerance against drug, terrorism and Corruption. Hon’ble Chairman proposed to formulate a universal Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for complaints management system of the National Human Rights Institutions/ Ombudsman. She suggested that best practices of different countries may be incorporated to formulate the universal SOP. Bilateral Meeting between Ombudsman Institute of Turkey & NHRC On 17 November 2019, bilateral meeting between Ombudsman Institute of Turkey & NHRCwas held in Istanbul, Turkey. NHRC Chairman Nasima Begum, ndc and Mr. Seref Malkoc, Chief Ombudesman of Turkey led the meeting. They discussed various issues including complaints management procedures, future collaboration etc. Chief Ombudsman of Turkey appreciated the good relations between two countries and promised to keep good relations between two organisations. UN Forum on Business & Human Rights Dr. Kamal Uddin Ahmed, Full Time Member of NHRC spoke at the Regional Dialogue; Governments as Catalysts for Business Respect for Human Rights in Asia on 27 November 2019 in Geneva, Switzerland. The conference was organized by NHRC, Nepal. Dr. Nomita spoke as a panelist in session ‘Inter-NHRIs Cooperation in Protection and Promotion of Rights of the Migrant Workers.’ 34
