applicant meets the requirements specified in 2.1 and 2.2 of this regulation. The person who shall provide
the reference letter shall include, in detail, whether applicant meets the relevant requirements, and for
what period of time the referee has known the applicant and in what capacity, referee’s name,
description, occupation, work address, telephone number and e-mail address.
6.4. The Secretariat of the Standing Committee on Legal Affairs shall have the right to verify the
authenticity of the identity card, and compare the copies of the documents with their original versions.
Seven. Registration of applications and inform the public
7.1. Within 5 working days after the registration closes, the Working Group will review the application
and decide whether to register as a participant.
7.2. Registration as a participant will be denied in the following cases.
7.2.1. at least two-thirds of the members of the Working Group considers that the applicant is unable
to meet the requirements set forth in Articles 2.3.3, 2.3.4 and 2.4.2 of this Regulation;
7.2.2. it has been proven that the applicant has not met the requirements specified in Articles 2.3.1,
2.3.2, 2.3.5, 2.3.6, 2.3.7, 2.4.1 and 2.6 of this regulation;
7.2.3. if the documents specified in 6.2 of this regulation are incomplete or forged;
7.2.4. the application for candidacy has been submitted after the time period specified in 6.1 of this
regulation.
7.3. If not registered as a participant in accordance with Article 7.2 of this Regulation, the applicant
shall be notified in writing (mail, e-mail, text message) or orally with the applicant’s consent. The
applicant shall have the right to request in writing the reasons for the refusal to register as a participant,
and the Working Group shall provide an explanation.
7.4. The applicant may file a complaint within three working days after receiving the decision to refuse
to register as a participant in accordance with Article 7.3 of this Regulation. The working group will meet
within three working days to resolve the complaint.
7.5. If the applicants have been rejected in accordance with the procedure set forth in Article 7.2 of this
Regulation, the Working Group shall submit a proposal to the Standing Committee on Legal Affairs to reannounce the vacancy notice to the public.
7.6. Within two working days after registering the applicant in accordance with Article 7.1 of this
Regulation, the names and information of the participants shall be posted on the website
www.parliament.mn and announced to the public through the media.
Eight. Collect information about participants
8.1. As soon as a decision is made to register applicants in accordance with Article 7.1 of this Regulation,
the participants shall be randomly distributed equally to each member of the Working Group and a
rapporteur shall be appointed.
8.2. The rapporteur shall collect information and prepare a report on whether the participant assigned
to him/her in accordance with Article 8.1 of this Regulation meets the relevant requirements.
